Pride Football Australia (PFA) aims to bring together football players and supporters, regardless of their gender or sexuality, to share their love of the game and promote equality, acceptance and diversity.
PFA was born out of Australia’s first LGBTIQ football tournament held in 2009. The PFA Tournament has grown over the years to become the marquee annual LGBTIQ+ football event for players and supporters.
In 2012, PFA was created as a standalone, non-profit organisation.
We believe all women can embrace who they are,
can define their future, and can change the world.
